Victor’s Story:

To this effect, Sterling commemorated the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, underscoring its steadfast commitment to inclusivity.

The observance of the International Day of Persons With Disabilities at Sterling was more than just a mere ceremony; it encapsulated the bank’s unwavering dedication to embracing diversity.

The Embrace Program at Sterling brought together ten individuals, including Victor, each with distinct disabilities, yet all integrated seamlessly into the bank’s workforce. The day commenced with much enthusiasm and a joyful atmosphere. Victor and his fellow Embrace interns exuded enthusiasm as they interacted with senior executives, eagerly sharing their experiences.

The occasion was not confined to passive participation; it involved engaging activities such as karaoke, painting, and games, fostering an environment that emphasized unity amidst diversity.

Amidst moments of laughter and shared joy, Victor seized the opportunity to recount his journey, highlighting the unwavering support he has received from Sterling since joining the institution seven months ago. The bank’s commitment to inclusivity extended beyond rhetoric; it was evident in ensuring equal opportunities for all.
