Disputes are resolved via the standard chargeback process where the payer’s bank communicates to Sterling bank on your behalf for the dispute to be resolved effectively.
There is an efficient support structure in place. We have a dedicated Customer Success team (customersuccess@sterling.ng) available to respond to all queries you have. We also have other dedicated channels for ease of collaboration during and after the integration process.
