Jolli December is a customer rewards campaign that encourages you to save a set amount every month towards your December financial goals using a Sterling Recurring Deposit Account (SRDA). Whether you’re planning for a holiday, buying a new car, or treating yourself to something special at the end of the year, join other savers in the Jolli December campaign and reach your goals together while enjoying exciting rewards.

There are two conditions for participation in this campaign:

– Customers must open a new SRDA account starting from September 2024

– The SRDA must be funded within the campaign period to achieve a cumulative savings at the end of December that falls within any of the following savings’ groups:

• ₦60k (Save at least ₦20k monthly

• ₦90k (Save at least ₦30k monthly

• ₦150k (Save at least ₦50k monthly)

• ₦300k (Save at least ₦100k monthly)

• ₦450k (Save at least ₦150k monthly)

• ₦600k (Save at least ₦200k monthly)

• ₦1.5Mn (Save at least ₦500k monthly)

– Customers can join any of the savings goal groups.

– Customers who achieve the savings goal at the end of the campaign become eligible for rewards.

The customers with the top ranking monthly average balance for each savings goal group would be notified of their winnings via email, SMS, and or phone call at the end of the Campaign.

• ₦60k – less than ₦90k – Top 5 savers

• ₦90k – less than ₦150k – Top 5 savers

• ₦150k – less than ₦300k – Top 5 savers

• ₦300k – less than ₦450k – Top 10 savers

• ₦450k – less than ₦600k – Top 10 savers

• ₦600k – less than ₦1Mn – Top 15 savers

• ₦1Mn and above – Top 25 savers

For instance, the Top 5 customer to be rewarded in the N60k Savings Goal category must have saved at least ₦60,000.00 (Sixty Thousand Naira) each month [and less than ₦90,000 (Ninety Thousand Naira) and must fall within the top 5 highest monthly average balance at the end of the campaign.

NB: The monthly average balance is the average closing balance in a bank account over one month. It is calculated by dividing the sum of all closing balances over one month by the number of days in that month.

Yes, you can choose to join more than one savings group.

Unfortunately, you will not be eligible to claim prizes. However customers who save up to a Minimum of ₦60,000 (Sixty Thousand Naira) at the end of the Campaign qualify for guaranteed rewards as indicated in the above table.

The reward a customer is eligible for is dependent on the savings goal he or she achieves at the end of the Campaign as shown in the table above.

Jolli December will run from October – December 2024.

Customers can choose to continue their target savings beyond the end of the Jolli December campaign. The total amount saved at the end of December will be used to determine eligibility for rewards while the target savings can continue for as long as desired.
