Qualified customers will receive cash rewards as bonuses or cashbacks which will be credited to their Sterling account. The Debit Card Activation Campaign is a specialized initiative designed to encourage customers to request, activate, and actively use their debit cards for everyday transactions. By participating, customers not only gain access to seamless digital transactions, they also qualify for exciting cashback rewards while transacting securely.
This campaign is open to individual customers who either do not have a debit card (uncarded) on their Sterling account or have not activated (unactivated) their debit card.
Eligible customers will receive invitations through SMS, email, push notifications, phone calls, and in-branch engagement.

Eligible customers will receive a cashback of 0.1% of the value of their first five (5) qualifying debit card transactions after successful card activation, up to a maximum of ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira Only).
This includes transactions carried out using the newly activated debit card and includes airtime/data purchases, card payments online or in-store, excluding cash withdrawals.
Eligible customers will receive their cashback within 7 working days after successfully completing the qualifying transaction(s) and verification of eligibility.
Cashback will be processed weekly. Once your qualifying debit card transactions have been verified, your cashback (up to ₦10,000 in line with the campaign terms and conditions) will be credited directly to your Sterling account.
