Always On is a feature available on our Onebank mobile application to loyal and active customers of the bank. It is an invitation only feature that provides eligible customers with seamless access to short-term funds via the OneBank mobile application. No forms, manual application or paperwork are required.

If your account balance is low and you need to make urgent payments, you can access an advance through the Always On solution on OneBank.

Always On is an invitation-only feature available to loyal and active customers of the bank. Customers are profiled using several criteria, including behavioral and transactional trends, as well as active usage of the OneBank application. This feature is strictly by invitation.

Eligible customers can access sums of up to N1,000,000 based on transactional and behavioral trends.

Always On is an invitation only feature available to loyal customers who have been active on our OneBank mobile application. No activation is required; however, you can express your interest by joining the waitlist on our website at Sterling.ng/AlwaysOn. Eligible customers will be invited to join the community via email and push notifications upon acceptance of the terms and conditions of this feature on OneBank.

Eligible customers will enjoy a 7-day interest-free period on the approved limit. A 1% processing fee will be applied if the loan is not repaid within 24 hours. Interest will accrue on the utilized portion after 7 days, while no interest is charged on the unutilised amount.

Repayments are automatically deducted from credit inflows into the customer’s account.

We encourage prompt repayments, as this will impact your credit profile and the availability of the Always On solution going forward. Customers who do not repay their loan within 30 days will be blacklisted and remedial activities will commence.

This is because you are not currently eligible and have not been invited to join the Always On community yet. Continue receiving inflows through your Sterling Bank personal account and perform regular transactions on OneBank, as your OneBank usage will contribute towards your eligibility for Always On.
