What is Upgrade 4 Rewards?
It’s a 3-month reward promo for Sterling’s Tier 1 and 2 account holders who upgrade to Tier 3. Once you upgrade and grow your balance by at least ₦10,000, you qualify for ₦5,000 airtime reward and full access to banking services
What is the campaign Duration?
From November 2025 to January 2026
Why is this initiative important?
This initiative supports Sterling’s drive to enhance financial inclusion and deepen customer relationships. It also helps customers enjoy more value, flexibility, and access to additional banking benefits.
Who can participate?
All Sterling Tier 1 and Tier 2 account holders who complete their account upgrade within the campaign period.

What are the rewards?
Twenty-five (25) upgraded accounts with the highest account balance growth (minimum of ₦10,000) every week will receive ₦5,000 airtime each.
Qualified customers will also receive a free Afrigo Debit Card (for men) or OneWoman Debit Card (for women).
Upgraded customers improve their eligibility for the AlwaysOn Overdraft on OneBank as they begin to perform transactions on their account.

No transaction limits: Full freedom to send and receive money without any daily or monthly limits.
Financial products for life goals: Access to open additional accounts for Target Savings and account for kids.
Campaign eligibility: Opportunity to participate in Sterling Bank’s ongoing reward programs and campaigns.
How will the rewards be given?
Airtime rewards will be credited weekly to the top 25 upgraded customers who meet the minimum deposit requirement. Other rewards will be available for pick-up at a closest Sterling Bank branch.
How will customers be informed if they win a reward?
Winners will be notified via SMS, emails and/or phone calls.
