Do I need to sign up for Sterling Shield?

No. If you have a personal Sterling Bank account and have been actively transacting for at least 3 months, you’re already covered.

What kinds of fraud are covered?

Sterling Shield covers unauthorized transfers made through Sterling’s internal digital platforms, OneBank app, Internet Banking, USSD, ATM for Sterling-to-Sterling and interbank transfers.

What type of cover is included?
