I, Usman Abdulkabir, am nominating myself for this scholarship because I am a passionate and purpose-driven student of Business Administration with a clear vision: to use the knowledge and skills I acquire to uplift my community through entrepreneurship, leadership, and economic empowerment.
My interest in Business Administration stems from a desire to understand how businesses operate, grow, and create value—not just for profit, but for people. I believe that strong business leadership can solve real-world problems, create jobs, and drive sustainable development, especially in underserved communities like mine. Through this field, I hope to build innovative solutions that promote financial inclusion, youth empowerment, and local enterprise.
Coming from a background where opportunities are limited, I’ve had to work hard to get to where I am. Despite financial and environmental challenges, I’ve remained focused on my education, maintained a strong academic record, and sought out opportunities to learn and grow. My resilience, discipline, and vision continue to drive me forward.
Beyond academics, I am also deeply committed to service.
