I am nominating Victor because he is a focused, hardworking, and promising youth who has shown remarkable resilience and drive. While waiting for admission into the university, he never wasted time idly. Instead, he took the initiative to learn tailoring, a skill he has developed with dedication. He even sewed outfits for the band I belong to during our most recent concert, and the quality of his work earned him new recommendations. Though he\u2019s still growing in the craft, the feedback has been very encouraging.<\/p>\n
