As a young person from a humble background where means of livelihood is difficult, I’ve been seeking for opportunities to further my education for some years but haven’t been able to get one. Over these years of waiting, I’ve built interests and a few skills in cybersecurity. Getting this scholarship will go a long way in making me get the higher education I’ve been longing for, satisfy my interest and solidify my skills in cybersecurity. From my former education, I’ve acquired enough academic evidences to show I deserve this scholarship and it will not be for a waste. The ambition has always been there, but not the funds. I believe if Sterling bank can give me the wings, then I can fly.
