My name is Hakimat Musa a 19-year-old orphan who has endured significant challenges from a young age. Despite the absence of my parents and the weight of family struggles, I have showed remarkable resilience by completing my secondary education. My journey was not easy, I relied heavily on the limited support of friends and relatives who, though willing, could only do so much.
Academically gifted and humble in character, I have always dreamed of going to university and earning a degree. Education, to me, is not just a goal but a path to a better future. Sadly, the financial hardship that marked my earlier years continues to stand in the way of this dream. My family and support network can no longer afford the cost of higher education.
I have never given up. I remain hopeful and determined, believing in the power of education to transform my life and the lives of others. Awarding this scholarship to me would not only fulfill my dream of becoming a graduate, it would empower a deserving young woman to rise above her circumstances and make a meaningful impact on the world around me.
