I am nominating myself for the Sterling Scholarship because I am deeply committed to personal growth, academic excellence, and using education as a tool for positive impact. Coming from a background where access to quality education and financial stability is a challenge, I have learned the value of resilience, discipline, and hard work and i chose BSc Business Management because I am passionate about understanding how organizations operate, how resources are managed effectively, and how businesses can be used as instruments for economic growth and social development. Despite financial constraints, I have continued to pursue my academic goals with focus and consistency, demonstrating my ability to make the most of opportunities given to me.
