I am nominating myself for the Sterling Bank Scholarship because I believe in the power of education to transform lives, and I am committed to making the most of every opportunity that supports my academic and personal development. Coming from a modest background, I have consistently strived to overcome limitations through hard work, determination, and a passion for learning.

As a student nurse at Shehu Sule College of Nursing Sciences Damaturu, and a diploma holder in Pharmaceutical Technology, I have shown resilience, discipline, and strong academic performance. Beyond the classroom, I actively engage in self-development through digital skills like graphic design, social media management, and digital marketing. I’ve used these skills not only to support myself but also to empower others in my community.

This scholarship will ease my financial burden, allowing me to focus more on my studies and community health initiatives. It will also strengthen my vision of combining healthcare with technology to improve health literacy and patient care in underserved communities.
