COVID-19 URGENT UPDATE

Our attention has been drawn to the fact that an employee of ours in the Yakubu Bauchi branch was in contact over the weekend with a now confirmed case of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
 
The staff and other members of the branch have not exhibited any symptoms. As part of efforts towards ensuring the safety of the general populace, all the staff members have been advised to self-isolate immediately for a minimum of 14days.
 
Consequently, the Yakubu Bauchi Branc­h has been shut for immediate deep hygiene cleaning. It will be re-opened once it has been thoroughly disinfected and primed.
 
Customers at the affected branch are encouraged to use our digital channels to conduct their banking transactions in the meantime.
